Our Route 66 “Wild West Corridor” page here will include step-by-step maps, articles, news updates and expert information on the Historic Route 66, specifically the longest remaining drivable section of Route 66 WEST of Seligman to Topock, Arizona who villages and towns were bypassed by I-40 and later considered “abandoned” – Peach Springs, Truxton, Valentine, Hackberry, Anterras, and the Old 66 through Kingman, Oatman, and Topock in Arizona. Although we were abandoned by Interstate travelers, many people remained in the area which is full of frontier history and adventure. We are part of that story.

Over time each location listed below will be updated with our personal stories, opinions, photos and other information we have collected for years directly from people living and working this section of Mohave County, in the Mojave Desert, every day.
